Welcome to your member’s February newsletter!
It’s been amazing to see so many faces (old & new!) in the club throughout January! It was very exciting to re-open the main pool after the re-tiling works and it’s been great to welcome so many of you back to the club for swimming.
For any new faces, welcome to the club and don’t forget to give yourself the best possible start to your membership by booking your gymfit. session with one of our fitness coaches. Use your member ID to log into the Roko app and use it to book your group exercise classes, join in our monthly fitness challenges (remember to link it to your smart watch!) and please don’t hesitate to speak to a member of the team if you are unsure about absolutely anything. We are, and always will be… here to help you!
For the familiar faces, thank you as always for your loyalty to the club and please don’t forget that we are here to help. Why not book a stayfit. with one of our fitness coaches – this may be to refresh your gym programme, or maybe you have a new goal in mind! Or maybe you need some help in the pool? swimfit. is back on a Sunday afternoon at 1pm – this is simply booked via the Roko app.
Please keep reading below for the latest essential information which will allow you to get the most out of your membership… see you in the club during February!

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the theory that all the systems, organs and structures of the body are reflected in specific reflex points in the hands, feet, ears or face. I currently work primarily on the feet but also the hands if preferred. By applying pressure to the areas of the feet or hands a Reflexologist can help the body restore its’ own healthy balance.
It has the benefit of being a deeply relaxing therapy, and during periods of relaxation the body takes the opportunity to heal, restore and energise itself. Usually after a treatment, your tension may be reduced and you may feel relaxed. You may notice a better sleep, and an improved sense of wellbeing.
Indian Head Massage
I also offer Indian head massage that focuses on the neck, shoulders, head and face. Another wonderful relaxing treatment.
Look out for posters and leaflets in the club. Appointments offered to both members and non-members.
