4th February 2020 | York
I hope everyone’s New Year’s Resolutions are still going strong 😊🤞
We have had a fantastic start to the New Year and would like to welcome a lot of new faces to the club and would also like to thank our existing members, we really appreciate you all. The New Year has seen us integrate our brand new equipment with our new app. This gives you all the ability to track and record your workouts and jump in on our monthly gym challenges. A little friendly competition doesn’t do any harm! We have also launched new initiatives in club, such as the hydration station and free fruit Friday which hopefully everyone is enjoying and feeling healthier as a result.
Kind regards,
Craig Johnson & Your Roko Team

Have you ever turned down your car radio to help you see better?
Having good coordination and balance is essential for us to Function, Get Fit, Play Sports, Lose Weight and just be generally active. We have to balance 3 systems which all work together to give us good coordination and balance called: The Triad of Balance.
