As we have previously communicated, as of 23rd June 2021, Roko Health Club is now owned by Portsmouth Community Football Club (PCFC).

A Message From Portsmouth Football Club

We are excited to have purchased the freehold on the land that houses the football club’s training facilities, but are also committed to running the Health Club and continuing to offer the services that you know and love. We wanted to keep all of you updated on events and request your feedback on how we can improve your health cub in the future.

As you may have noticed over the past few days, everything is running exactly the same – all your facilities are available to use and book as before, with all classes and swimming lessons taking place as usual.

Unfortunately, the spa facilities have been closed with immediate effect while we undertake urgent maintenance work. This is part of our commitment to providing members with an improved service. We will keep you updated when these essential works are finished and the spa can reopen.

All the staff you know and recognise are delighted to be able to greet and assist you, with no changes planned. We believe they play a key role in the business and will continue to do so moving forward.

There have been no discussions regarding any increase in fees for your membership or the other services we offer, such as swimming lessons. There are also currently no plans to change the business to allow non-members to freely use the facilities.

Portsmouth Community Football Club do, however, have exciting plans to develop your health club and the services that are offered. We would greatly appreciate your valued feedback by taking the following short survey and letting us know how you would like to see us improve, both in the short-term and over the next few years.

Notification Of A Change In Membership Terms 

Your Roko membership previously gave you access to four other Roko clubs (Chiswick, Gillingham, Nottingham and York). Control and ownership of Roko Portsmouth has now been transferred to Portsmouth Community Football Club (PCFC) which now means that your membership no longer entitles you to use of the other Roko clubs.
