It’s been amazing to see so many faces (old & new!) in the club throughout January!

Our classes are super busy at the moment which is fab. It is so important to book onto classes and cancel classes when you can’t attend. This allows us to track the popularity of the class and enables us to plan our timetables which are run on a quarterly basis. If you can’t make a class, then please cancel via the app and this allows someone on the waiting list a space.
Our Matrix Bikes have been updated with new generators which will hold their charge for longer allowing you to record your stats throughout the class.
We apologise for the delay on bikes being recharged but we now have a supply of batteries from Matrix so this should help reduce the time of a bike being without stat screens.
To get the most benefit from your classes we need to remember that it’s not all about the cardio or strength. To keep us strong we need to be working on our mobility and flexibility, allowing our bodies to increase range of movement in all planes of movement. Consider switching it up and mixing your cardio/strength classes with BodyBalance, Stretch, Pilates or yoga. Get in touch with your holistic side and see how much it can improve your performance in other classes and in the gym.
Don’t forget to book places in classes as the do get booked very quickly.

With the new gym refurb has come the integrated screens on all the cardio and strength kit. These screens are capable of connecting directly to your app and recording everything you do. This will have to be set up via the Fitness Team on a Rokofit appointment so we can cater a specific plan to your goals.
Soon we will be launching a Roko Band that can be used to log onto the equipment via the scan point on the machines.
We are delighted to share with you news of the progress of the swim programme here at Roko.
We would like to also thank you for your co-operation regarding the new direct debit system which has already shown to be efficient, increasing the quality of the service we can offer you.
Our ethos is child centred and supportive as we strive to give your children the maximum experience of this vital life skill. Participants in our programmes will be both stretched and challenged and will be able to demonstrate high levels of skill and technique in the main swimming strokes as well as personal survival
Our classes are healthily subscribed, and we are very pleased with the delivery from our swim teaching staff, including the safety support from our team of lifeguards.
We offer fully-inclusive classes for all ages and stages (including parent and toddler classes) as well as rapidly developing a more bespoke 1:1 and 1:2 programme which also caters for children and adults, following the Swim England criteria.
Parental feedback and engagement have been extremely positive and helpful as between us we strive to offer the best possible programmes for all.
