Dear Members

I hope you all had a fab summer and are ready to get back into your fitness regimes.

Our new class timetable went live on the 10th of September and there are a few new classes which I hope you will try. Especially our Circuit Classes, we have re-booted them so please give them a go and we would love your feedback.

Also due to popular demand we have added a new Super Sixties class on Fridays in Studio 2 so lots more room.

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome some new team members: Caroline is our new Beauty Therapist and comes with a wealth of experience. 
We also have Laura Nash who is our new Membership Administrator and Laura Fraser who has joined the Gym team and is also an experienced Personal Trainer.

New Class Timetable
You spoke and we listened, here at Roko Gillingham we like to think we are receptive to new ideas and making things work for you – the members.

Introducing not one, not two but three new classes on the timetable from September onwards:

Boxing Fitness - With Tracey  Mon Evenings 6.30pm  45 min Class
A new and exciting fast paced boxing circuit class using pads and gloves. Incorporating all over high intensity workouts to improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance. Come along and join in the fun

Circuits – ‘TA-Battle’
If you’ve tried circuits before at Roko and thought it wasn’t for you… Think again!
New Instructors+ New Format! You want High Intensity – Don’t Stop 'Til You Drop
Mixture of Interval, Total Body exercises all done in a Tabata style of workout
Here we go… Three Sessions a week to help inspire, motivate and more importantly, work you out!

Super 60’s
You asked – we responded! Not only will you get this very popular class on a Wednesday, we have not put on an additional Friday morning larger class. Same great format working on mobility, strength and flexibility with the ever popular Ron.
This ones bound to be popular so remember to book up in advance!

Not seen one our fitness team in the last few month’s? It’s all part of your membership, so why not book in to see us and review your progress, get some advice on new exercises, technique and maybe diet and nutrition if this has slipped over the summer.
