Manager’s Welcome

2019 is certainly moving quickly that’s for sure! October is a really good month to refresh the gym routine and try something new, so please feel free to speak to our team and book in for your stayfit. session, or try a new class maybe? GRIT has taken off and we will now be running 6 classes per week along with a few other tweaks to the timetable.

Some of you will have received the member survey which also provides the opportunity to provide comments for the club and I have to say, from my perspective, the feedback is vital to ensure that we are moving in the right direction for our members. So thank you to those who have completed this already and for those of you who haven’t your time will come.

The club team has a few new faces and they are all more than happy to help. We are moving forward with maintenance and painting etc with the focus on the member experience as this is something that we all want to achieve a good standard for you all.

We have engineers attending site for the air conditioning and will hopefully have a resolution to the issue in the very near future.

On the 18th of October we will be hosting a breast cancer awareness day with free breast checks, pink cake stall, milk shakes and pink theme fitness for the day raising money for a great cause.

Breast cancer … it’s a scary thought and all too many women assume that it won’t happen to them. Fact is though, every ten minutes a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK
