Welcome to October; how quick this year has gone and now Christmas is around the corner. 

It’s been great to see our new classes being well supported so thank you and remember we have re-booted our circuit classes as well so don’t forget to try them out too.

Thank you to those who took part in our Gym Competition and well done to Brooke and Ed who won. Our next competition is up and ready for you.

In Beauty, the girls have been busy doing a lash lifting course, I have to say I think I will be booking in for this, the effect looks amazing.

We are also launching a member referral scheme for beauty too, so if you refer a friend for a booking you will receive a £5 Roko gift voucher (t’s and c’s apply).

Fitness News

Class Updates
Since the launch of our Super 60’s on a Friday, and “Box Fit” on Monday evenings the response from members has been overwhelmingly positive with great attendance figures and lots of positive feedback.

Super 60’s Class

Remember we have “upped” the intensity of our Circuit classes three times a week and we’d love to see you come and join in a “Tabata” style workout.

We continue to listen to your requests for new classes and thank you for your ongoing attendance and feedback.
