Manager’s Welcome

We move into March with a spring in our step with the aim of helping our members feel amazing so we are offering a 2 weeks trial for £20 so you can enjoy working out with a friend. We would also like to remind you that as valued members of the club you are welcome to arrange a stayfit. session with one of our team to keep you on track and achieving your goals.

We also have new team members to introduce you to:

Jonathan Cole is your Operations Manager and comes with a wealth of experience. He joins us from the Village hotel and is keen to help make your Roko experience the best it possibly can be. 

Lawrence Edmead is you Sales Manager and also makes up part of our duty management team. He joins us from David Lloyd and is looking forward to providing premium service to you all. 

2019 is off to a good start as I am sure you are and just remember, we are here when you need us to help you on your way.

Melt Method 9.30am Sunday's, Taught by Nicola K

Connective tissue is just below the surface of the skin and is a component of the whole body that is typically overlooked.

We are extremely lucky to have Nicola and her expertise and knowledge teaching Melt Method at Roko. It's a popular class so get booked in either at reception or via the App!
