It's SUMMER time, the weather is changing (daily!) so how are you getting on? Are you gaining, losing, getting fitter? Why not speak to a member of the team and book in your FREE health check? You never know, there could be some valuable tips and tricks to get ready for your holiday or just to improve your health and give you a little variety.

I would like to take this opportunity to update you all on the steam room, we have completed some work on this and I am pleased to say that the temperature is much improved, we are in talks with our engineers and we are going to be taking lengths to make improvements and have this completed as soon as possible.

Important Notice:  Amendment to the Suspension request procedure
We are looking to streamline our suspension request procedure and make it more consistent among both Annual Members and Monthly Direct Debit Payers.
Therefore as of the 1st July, All suspension requests must be given with at least 1 months’ notice, with the 10th of each month being the cut-off date to suspend for the following month.  Any request given within 1 months’ notice, will not be accepted.

Parking
Also can we politely ask that you refrain from using the disabled parking bays without the relevant documentation.

Please continue to book through the app but remember that should  you no longer be able to attend the class, then please cancel with as much time as possible to allow others to book that class.
