Welcome to June. I hope you had a good May and managed to enjoy some of the lovely bank holiday weather, reminding us that summer is not far away.

Book yourself in for a FREE rokofit. session to start you on your way to health & happiness, or if you have completed one recently, how about a FREE stayfit. session with one of our fantastic instructors to track your progress and set yourself up for the next round of body beautiful goals.  If a little extra support is needed we have excellent Personal Trainers who are here to motivate you and make sure you get to where you dreamed of; whether that is a beach body to rival the celebrities, running a marathon or simply getting fitter so you can run after the children or grandchildren this summer.

World Cup fever is about to take over; we will be showing matches on the TV’s in the gym and in the Club Lounge. For those of you who are looking for an escape…we’re still here for you too; why not try a class you’ve never tried before?             

We have a few new team members to welcome … Chris and Imogen who are our new Fitness Coaches, Eloise and Sebastian who are our new Membership Sales Consultants.
