Manager’s Welcome

Welcome to November’s newsletter – I hope this finds everybody well.

It was slightly quieter for us here at the club recently, with many people taking the opportunity to enjoy the October half term. However, the first week of November has been much busier, and it is lovely to have the busy vibe back in the club!

New Arrival   

I wanted to start this newsletter off with some wonderful news – many of you will know Emily, our Member Admin Manager, who has been with us for more than 6 years! On Friday 29th October, she safely delivered a little girl, and both mother and baby are doing brilliantly! Her new arrival is an absolute treasure, and we do look forward to welcoming Emily back next year.

Owing to the success of last month, we have decided to continue with our fabulous offer whereby anyone potentially looking to join the club can enjoy a free one day experience! If you have any friends or family potentially interested in joining the club, now is the time for them to try it out – perhaps they would like to join you in a class, or for a session on the gym floor? Stay Warm & Exercise Inside!

As the days are getting shorter, and indeed much colder, why not move your training regime inside? We have a huge amount of space on the gym floor, with state of the art equipment, and our friendly fitness team are on hand to refresh your programme for you! Give us a call or drop by Reception to get booked in for a half hour stayfit. session (free of charge of course!).

Group Exercise Update

Many of you will know Hugo, our Group Exercise Co-ordinator, who taught several classes here prior to the pandemic. We are delighted to share that Hugo is now back in his role, and will be teaching one or two classes per week until the end of the year. It is wonderful to have him back, and I am sure you will join me in extending him a warm welcome home!

Spa Update

Thank you for your patience whilst we continue to work on the issues with the Spa. Unfortunately it does remain closed, however we know what we need to do in order to rectify this, and are working on a solution with our contractor. I do hope that in the next few weeks we will have it reopened, and as soon as we have a date for the works to complete, we will let you all know.

New Starter

In addition to welcoming back Hugo, we have also welcomed a new addition to the Roko Chiswick family! Please join me in welcoming Joe to the Sales team! Joe is an avid Brentford supporter, and a fully qualified PT, so is right at home here at the club! If you haven’t already, you will definitely see him around the club very soon.
