Further work is to be done on the audio-visual system in the fitness suite to re-cable across the gym and improve the televisions on the cardiovascular equipment. This work is aimed to resolve the issue however we will maintain ongoing review of this to bring this service up to standard.  We have recently changed some of the audio connection ports to repair some of the sound issues.

We are also doing continual updates to our studio timetable.  Pilates returns on Thursday evenings from 7pm until 8pm with Debra from 12th May.  Zumba is also moving from Thursday evenings to Wednesday’s from 11 May with Hugo, and will now be in the mind and body studio at an earlier time.

With the summer approaching and summer holidays on the cards, get yourself summer body fit with some personal training over a short period.  Whether on your own or in pairs, our trainers can help you get the maximum from your sessions so you will see a noticeable change yourself.  Sessions are booked with the trainer directly so check out their profiles in the gym and speak to the team on the gym floor.

Our Wellness Coach Martino is here for gym support and programme reviews.  He may not be able to provide personal training but he can certainly make you feel confident within the gym.  Book a programme review with any of the fitness team through reception and change your training today.
