Manager’s Message

We are now well into the stride of 2016 and time is passing by at a frightening rate. It is easy to keep putting off positive changes, particularly when we are already busy. If you don’t take that moment to stop, breathe and consider what is really important in life it can pass you by. We are here to help you get back on track to achieving your goals.

Have you found the measure of your workout? Time and time again members start a program with good intentions but because their challenge level isn’t set right they either feel sore and exhausted afterwards or find it too easy and don’t see results. The key is to tinker with your program to get the most out of it. This is where our fitness instructors can really help. Don’t forget that this process of reviewing is all part of your membership at Roko. If instead you are looking for a more detailed session, where you learn as well as have the best session, try Personal Training.

Here’s to a great spring and some nice sunshine to get us all in the mood to ramp up the exercise to get us in top shape for summer!

Locker Usage
Can all members please be reminded that lockers are available for day usage only.
Items should not be left in lockers overnight. All lockers will be emptied at the end of each evening, so please ensure you take all your items with you.

Car Parking
The University of Westminster have asked if Roko users could please use the parking area provided and not park on the grass. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Fitness News

During March we are offering 2 weeks of full club access for £30.  If your friends or family wish to use the club on this offer they can also book Personal Training sessions during these two weeks.  To book, they simply need to register their interest when signing up and the Membership Consultant will pass their details to a Personal Trainer who will contact them to book; payment is made at reception.

Following our last Beginners Pilates Workshop at the end of 2015, we are looking to run another session during March or April 2016.
