They are one to one with our fitness team and are bookable online or by asking at reception. Bank Holidays can sometimes seem few and far between but we’re really being treated this year with 4 long weekends in quick succession. So with that in mind, just a little reminder that our Bank Holiday opening hours are 08.00 – 20.00. All other hours remain the same.

Welcome to March. It’s been a busy start to 2017 with lots going on behind the scenes. We welcome 3 new starters to the team, we have resolved the issues with the car park barrier, we have replaced the tiles in the steam room and the sauna has been refurbished!
