Roko Portsmouth offers over 85 group exercise classes per week, ranging from high energy cardio workouts to relaxing mind & body sessions focusing on strength and flexibility.

Roko is perfect for families and offers a full range of activities for its junior members; from swimming, junior activities and teen activities through to the crèche and day nursery there is plenty of scope for you all to enjoy the club and keep fit and healthy together.

Whether you want to learn to swim or improve your stroke  Roko offers a variety of lessons and we specialise in teaching smaller groups than other swim providers giving your child better attention and development. We offer adult and junior one-to-one or group sessions as well as parent & toddler classes.
