The Joshua Tree

The Joshua Tree at Nottingham is an Aveda venue with a wide range of luxurious hair and beauty treatments and products in a relaxing environment.

The stylists and therapists deliver tailored lifestyle solutions, from ‘power-boosting’ anti-ageing facials to hands-on body therapies; from male grooming and detox programmes to mother-to-be. Hydro Spa

Situated discretely inside the Adult relaxation area on poolside is the luxury hydro spa with its dedicated jet options to massage your body. The perfect place to unwind.

Steam Room

Our large steam room with eucalyptus essence can cap off a totally refreshing club visit and help to stimulate your skin and senses.

Sauna

The spacious sauna with pine essence helps to clear your head and chest to aid breathing in addition to cleansing and stimulating your skin through its dry heat.

Club Lounge with free wifi

Our fully licensed Member's Club Lounge serving Costa Coffee, also has an extensive menu of hot and cold food with full details of all the nutritional content to help you decide what to eat to suit your lifestyle goals. 

Relax after your workout and enjoy time chatting with friends or just chilling out with a complimentary newspaper or magazine.

The Club Lounge makes an ideal function venue and is available for members to hire. Please call the club on the main reception number to enquire about hiring the club lounge for your next function.

Roko members are welcome to use the free wifi available in the Club Lounge.

All this makes Roko a perfect venue to conduct off-site business meetings as well as catch up on some work either before or after your workout.

Changing rooms

There is plenty of space within our luxury changing rooms for you to get ready for your workout and also cool down afterwards.

Just choose your locker (which is operated via a Padlock which you can purchase from Reception or bring your own) and your belongings are safely stored while you enjoy your workout. Relax with a post-workout shower and complimentary hairdryers are readily available.

Free parking

Parking just isn't a problem at Roko. Unlike many other gyms, where you end up paying more for parking than your gym membership itself, we have lots of free parking to make your life easy.

Ample free parking is available to Roko members right outside the club, making it incredibly convenient to access. Bike racks are also available just outside the entrance for those wishing to cycle to the club.
