• Greater access levels and times for children. New kids times: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 3pm - 6pm, Saturday & Sunday 1pm - 6pm

• Complementary gym induction for your child to show them safe operation of the facility. Our Personal Trainers can also create fun and engaging bodyweight exercise programmes for your child

• Standalone memberships for 16 and 17 year olds with access to the facilities anytime

• Child guest passes available (children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult)

Kids Membership Regulations

• All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult within the facility. Children aged 12-15 may swim and use the gym unsupervised, however do require an adult to be in the facility accompanying them. Unsupervised training is only allowed once the child has had a gym induction with our team

• Adult guest passes are not to be used by anyone under the age of 18

• Children under 16 may not use the resistance machines or free weights (bodyweight exercises only)

• Children over the age of 7 are not permitted in the changing room of the opposite sex, alternatively please use the family changing room.
